About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce administrator to join our team at Strikeforce. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for the administration and support of both Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust Salesforce infrastructure integrating Marketing Cloud and Service Cloud to enhance system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Proactively manage, troubleshoot, and optimize our mature Salesforce setup and its integrations to ensure stability and reliability.
  • Employ advanced data management practices to maintain data accuracy and security, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support the marketing team in executing effective marketing campaigns by providing technical expertise in campaign setup, audience segmentation, email template design, and performance analysis.
  • Architect and maintain an efficient, scalable Salesforce environment tailored to business needs while adhering to best practices, encouraging continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce releases and features, facilitating training and adoption among users to maximize platform utility and user satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Certification as a Salesforce Administrator is essential.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce platform administration, with a focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Proven track record of managing complex Salesforce environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and other technologies essential for advanced Salesforce customisation.
  • Proven expertise in the technical setup, configuration, and seamless integration of Salesforce applications within complex ecosystems.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture, encompassing roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Skilled in deploying automation tools and strategies, focusing on enhancing maintainability and best practices to boost system efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, capable of swiftly resolving issues with Salesforce integrations and configurations.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
