About the Role

Experience the excitement of a busy retail environment as a seasonal Christmas Casual. You'll bring energy and enthusiasm to our team, helping customers find their perfect products while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is an opportunity to gain valuable skills and experience in a fast-paced sales environment. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for creating memorable experiences for every customer, supporting your colleagues to achieve sales goals, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create standout experiences for every customer - make it memorable
  • Support the team to smash sales and KPI goals
  • Keep stock moving – receive, restock, and keep shelves full
  • Pick and pack click & dispatch orders
  • Keep the store looking fresh and tidy
  • Bring good vibes and a team-first attitude every shift
What We're Looking For
  • Full availability from October 2024 to mid-January 2025, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
  • Retail experience is beneficial, but not essential
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and being part of a dynamic team environment
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing situations
  • A positive and proactive approach to work
