Delivery Operations Specialist

The primary function of this role is to oversee the successful execution of various technology and workspace projects. This entails coordinating logistics, managing stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of key initiatives.

  • Responsibilities include:
  • Lead project planning, scheduling, and service transition activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams, building management, and external vendors
  • Track project progress, financials, and benefits realization
  • Prepare and present updates to the Project Steering Committee (PSC)
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Familiarity with JIRA and agile delivery tools
  • Excellent time management and scheduling abilities
  • Understanding of technology environments and service transition
  • Ability to manage budgets, POs, and vendor relationships
