Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Leader to oversee all customer-relation functions within the region of Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a profitable growth plan, driving revenue, expenses, and margins. This role requires strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to inform and consult Divisional leaders and product stakeholders to ensure continuous alignment with overall company policy, strategy, and targets.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of managerial experience in a sales environment, with a proven track record of successfully developing teams within global and matrix organizations. They will possess superior business acumen and strategy deployment expertise, as well as strong communication skills, fluency in verbal and written English, and experience recruiting and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities
