About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales assistant to join our passionate team at Wynard Place.

  • Deliver world-class customer service experience to every customer, ensuring a positive interaction with our brand.
  • Broaden your knowledge of products and become a tea and brewing expert, driving sales through effective product recommendations.
  • Effectively manage high volumes of stock and undertake visual merchandising to meet provided standards, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
  • Prioritize health and safety by following T2 safety policies and procedures, safeguarding yourself and others.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Acknowledge the importance of customer-centricity and act accordingly.
  • Demonstrate adaptability in a fast-paced environment, embracing new challenges and opportunities.
  • Motivate yourself to learn and grow, capitalizing on training and development opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, to achieve results.
  • Possess prior customer service or retail experience, although not essential.
