About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and commercially savvy individual to lead our Equipment & Tyre Repair category. As a Merchandise Manager, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of this category, working closely with our team to drive sales and achieve annual budget targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership of the category team
- Strategy development for the category
- Identifying market and product opportunities
- Grow sales and profit, and achieve/exceed annual budget targets
- Develop a competitive category pricing strategy
- Delivery of supplier income targets
- Range reviews
- Development of strong internal and external relationships
