Job Title: Early Childhood Education Leader

We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Centre Director to lead our team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This is a unique opportunity to take the next step in your career and shape the daily experiences of children, families, and educators.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Heart: Mentor, coach and inspire a team of educators to achieve excellence in teaching, learning and care.">
  • Drive Quality: Support the delivery of innovative, play-based educational programs that foster curiosity, creativity, and growth.">
  • Be Present: Actively contribute to the floor when needed, ensuring a strong connection with children and staff.">
  • Communicate Clearly: Maintain open, respectful, and collaborative communication with your team, families, and key stakeholders.">
  • Ensure Compliance: Oversee all regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of safety, care, and learning.">
  • Build Community: Foster meaningful relationships with families, Defence community, and local community.">
  • Champion Quality: Lead confidently through the Assessment & Rating process, with a history of achieving 'Meeting' or 'Exceeding' ratings.

What You'll Bring:

">

A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent). A minimum of 3 years' experience in a leadership or Director role within early childhood education. Current NSW Working with Children Check. Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant early education legislation and compliance frameworks.
