Park Grounds Maintainer

About this Role:
This position requires an individual with exceptional maintenance and groundskeeping skills to ensure our park remains clean, tidy, and well-presented. Key responsibilities include maintaining the condition and cleanliness of park facilities, performing general grounds upkeep, carrying out repairs and routine maintenance tasks on park accommodation and facilities, managing and maintaining park equipment and tools, adhering to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff, and responding to guest requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in grounds keeping is essential
- Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks
- A high level of attention to detail to ensure the safety and aesthetic appeal of the property
- Able to safely operate groundskeeping equipment and power tools
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7-day roster
- Trade qualified is desirable
- Prior pool maintenance experience would be advantageous
