About the Role:
  • This full-time position involves providing community, clinic, and telehealth-based services to NDIS participants across Australia.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  1. Building strong relationships with participants and their families.
  2. Conducting comprehensive Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBA) to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviours.
  3. Developing and implementing Behaviour Support Plans that cater to individual needs and preferences.
  4. Delivering training and education sessions to stakeholders on effective behaviour support strategies.
  5. Reviewing and reducing restrictive practices in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission guidelines.
  6. Collecting and analysing data to monitor progress and inform future planning.
