About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Operations Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Operations network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of Amazon orders to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Shift Managers and Shift Assistants to achieve operational goals and metrics.
  • Collaborate with key business partners, including Transport & Sortation, Finance, Loss Prevention, IT, HR, ACES, and Engineering.
  • Track and drive operational goals and metrics, presenting findings to senior leadership.
  • Review operational forecasts and determine productivity requirements for the delivery station.
  • Manage a team to meet building goals, support safety programs, and identify process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
  • 3+ years of performance metrics, process improvement, or lean techniques experience.
