This position involves developing and executing strategies for government and regulatory engagements in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) to achieve business objectives. As a Director of Government Engagement, you will collaborate with internal stakeholders to anticipate and engage on policies and regulations affecting our operations and business growth.
Key tasks include:
* Developing and maintaining relationships with Governments in the country on key initiatives, programs, and projects
* Collaborating with industry associations to present our point of view
* Identifying political and social developments beneficial to the industry
* Maintaining strategic relationships with key influencers and Government nodal agencies
* Providing guidance to internal teams on navigating governmental structures and policy impacts
* Driving development strategies within the public sector
* Enhancing our presence on Government platforms
