Product Designer Lead

This is a key role in the company where you will lead design efforts across scheduling, bookings, and data workflows.

  • Lead UX and UI execution within the team.
  • Mentor mid-level designers.
  • Contribute to the broader design function.

You will be working with complex platforms and workflows. You should have experience leading end-to-end design within a product team and mentoring others.

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, attention to detail, and a systems mindset. Experience working in a scaling environment is also essential.

This role sits at the intersection of scheduling, bookings, and patient data. It is a critical part of the platform and requires someone who can balance design craft with pragmatic trade-offs.

About the Role

This role involves shaping design strategy and influencing roadmap conversations from a user perspective.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality designs from low-fi concepts to polished interfaces.

Usability testing and research will be crucial in validating design decisions.

Collaboration with PMs and engineers is essential to ensure smooth handover and delivery.

A strong understanding of system thinking and usability principles is required.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating UX depth, attention to detail, and a systems mindset.
  • Experience leading end-to-end design within a product team.
  • Mentorship or leadership experience.
