About Our Graduate Program

We are committed to developing our nurses to have full and satisfying careers in aged care. Our comprehensive program is designed to support your growth and development as a healthcare professional while providing hands-on experience in a compassionate and nurturing environment.

Program Overview

Our Graduate Program is a 12-month program that includes four, 3-month long placements covering the following areas of Nursing:

  • Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person
  • Complex Health Care Needs
  • Caring for residents living with dementia
  • Leadership

During your placements, you will have the opportunity to work with our expert clinicians, including Care Managers, Quality Education Managers, and Nurse Practitioners, to broaden your skills and clinical excellence.

About You

We are looking for passionate nursing professionals looking to enhance their own knowledge within aged care and enhance the lives of our residents. To be eligible for the Program, you will have the following:

  • Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
  • High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
