Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating consulting contracts within agreed timeframes.
  • Analysing contract requirements and provisions to manage risk and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Contributing to contract improvement, training, compliance initiatives, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Aligning contracts with business goals and objectives.
  • Coordinating contract negotiations, amendments, and addendums while ensuring key deadlines are met.
  • Identifying and implementing improvements to policies, procedures, and tools for contract management and reporting.

About You:

  • Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role, with strong commercial and contract law expertise in a project-oriented environment.
  • A sound understanding of Australian corporate legal, governance, and contract management frameworks.
  • The ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment with exceptional organisational and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure without compromising quality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
