About the Role

Omini Recruit is seeking a reliable and adaptable individual to join our dynamic warehouse team in Kemps Creek. As a High Reach Warehouse Specialist, you will have a strong background in receiving, bulk picking, general store duties, pick/pack, loading and unloading, and stock count.

The successful candidate will have a proven experience in warehouse operations and high reach forklift use, with a strong attention to detail and excellent multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating high reach forklifts (minimum 2 years experience required)
  • Receiving, bulk picking, and general warehousing duties
  • Loading and unloading trucks
  • Paper-based picking and putaways
  • Conducting stock counts and assisting with inventory management
  • Ensuring accurate pick/pack orders with attention to detail
Job Requirements:
  • Proven experience in warehouse operations and high reach forklift use
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work autonomously and solve problems
  • Physical fitness and versatility in handling various warehouse tasks
  • Computer skills for inventory and order management
  • Reliable transport (no public transport access)
  • Willingness to undergo a police check
