Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Aged Care Support Worker to join our team in Newcastle. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with daily living activities, such as domestic assistance, meal preparation, and personal care.
- Provide social support and transport to lifestyle activities, including appointments and outings.
- Work collaboratively with customers, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar role, including experience with personal care.
- Current Open Australian Drivers License and registered vehicle, with willingness to use own vehicle for work purposes.
- Ability to work independently and find solutions to everyday problems, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Guaranteed hours close to home as a permanent part-time employee.
