Senior Risk Consultant Opportunity

At Ashurst, we're seeking an experienced Senior Risk Consultant to join our Risk Modernisation team in Sydney or Melbourne. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver high-quality risk and compliance solutions to clients across various industries.

About the Role:

  • We're looking for a skilled consultant with 3-5 years' experience in client-facing roles within respected consulting firms or similar fields.
  • Your expertise should include advising clients on risk and compliance management, preferably with listed companies.
  • You'll work closely with Partners, Directors, and Executives to identify business development opportunities and build our brand.
  • As a seasoned risk practitioner, you'll have experience with common tools, frameworks, and standards in this space.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing risk frameworks, assessing risk programs, and designing compliance programs.
  • Supporting Partners, Directors, and Executives in identifying business development activities and creating proposals.
  • Fostering and developing client relationships, communicating effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 AUD per annum, depending on experience.
