As a Registered Nurse Graduate with us, you will embark on a fulfilling career path. Our comprehensive program is designed to support your growth and development as a healthcare professional while providing hands-on experience in a compassionate and nurturing environment.

Our Program includes four, 3-month long placements over 12 months, covering the following areas of Nursing:
  • Assessment & Care Planning of the Older Person
  • Complex Health Care Needs
  • Caring for residents living with dementia
  • Leadership

About you:
  • We are looking for passionate nursing professionals looking to enhance their own knowledge within aged care and enhance the lives of our residents.
  • To be eligible for the Program you will have the following:
  • Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
  • High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
  • Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
  • Well-developed time management skills
  • Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
