Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to join our team at Zone IT Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment and systems at client sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and peripherals.
  • Perform hardware swap outs using available site stock and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Coordinate activities with other suppliers to resolve incidents or service requests.
  • Assist with computer room shutdowns and maintenance activities.
  • Configure and set up network-attached printers and Multi-Function Devices (MFDs).
  • Deliver 1st and 2nd level desktop and application support.

Requirements:

  • Experience in desktop/laptop hardware and software support.
  • Proficiency in networking, storage, video conferencing systems, and other IT infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and valid driver's license.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or public holidays for high-priority tasks.
  • Commitment to safety and compliance with all customer site requirements.
