This role involves assisting our clients with workplace disputes, disciplinary investigations, unfair dismissals, employment contract reviews, employment separation agreements, underpayment claims, bullying and discrimination complaints, and other employment-related claims. If you have experience in employment law or a passion for industrial relations, then this could be exactly what you're looking for.

This position will see you form part of our wider National IER team and be based in Sydney. Ideally, you will have some prior knowledge of employment law and a strong trade union understanding. An understanding of the political landscape is desired.

You will have previous practicing experience, particularly in the employment and industrial law sector, including appearances in relevant jurisdictions. You should have a proactive, passionate, and results-driven nature.
