About the Position:

MediRecruit is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in a dynamic Rehabilitation Case Manager role in Sydney.

This exciting opportunity will see you working with adults who have complex and severe injuries, illnesses, and disabilities. As a fully mobile service provider, you will be required to travel occasionally within NSW and interstate.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a portfolio of workers with the highest needs
  • Completing ADL assessments and medical case management
  • Applying your clinical skills and knowledge to script basic equipment for functional upgrading

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to $110,000 + super + bonuses, which is lower than industry targets but offers greater rewards.

About You:

  • Degree in Occupational Therapy and full AHPRA registration
  • Interest in complex claims and severe injuries in workers' compensation
  • Previous case management experience is desirable
  • Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Current unrestricted driver's license
  • Eligibility to work permanently in Australia
