About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Commercial Advisory & Transactions team at KPMG. As a Senior Infrastructure Advisor, you will play a key role in providing financial and commercial advice on major infrastructure and real estate projects across every stage of the asset lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop business cases and options for infrastructure projects
  • Advise on transaction strategy and delivery model analysis
  • Provide transaction management services
  • Develop tender documentation and lead tender processes
  • Develop commercial principles, term sheets, transaction documentation, and contracts
  • Resolve complex commercial issues through negotiations
  • Build financial models and conduct financial analysis
  • Leverage specialist knowledge in relevant infrastructure sectors
