Job Description

We are expanding our Specifications department and seeking a Junior Specifications Writer to collaborate closely with our State and National Sales teams. Based in Hallam, this role will involve developing detailed specifications and schedules for all product solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive specifications and schedules that meet industry standards and project needs.
  • Review and validate specifications for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with client objectives.
  • Support sales efforts by aligning technical specifications with strategic goals.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all specifications and revisions.
  • Engage with clients through educational events and industry networking opportunities.
  • Provide timely responses to queries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret and develop technical specifications.
  • A solution-focused approach to challenges.
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
  • Experience with EntriWorX or Salesforce Lightning is an asset – but a willingness to learn is equally important.
  • A degree in engineering or architecture is preferred, but not essential.
