Contact Centre Consultant Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Contact Centre Consultant in Melbourne CBD. As a full-time consultant, you will be responsible for handling inbound and occasional outbound calls to deliver exceptional customer service to both existing and new customers.

We are looking for highly motivated and driven professionals who thrive on providing outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a compassionate, empathetic and patient manner. Previous experience in customer service, healthcare or the fitness industry is preferred but not essential.

As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend an assessment centre. For successful candidates, full-time availability is required for the first 4 weeks of training. The training program combines classroom learning with hands-on experience and includes comprehensive product knowledge.
