Maternity Care Specialist

Bendigo Health invites applications for the role of Maternity Care Specialist in a leading regional maternity service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality, woman-centred care throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postnatal period.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to plan, deliver, and evaluate patient care.
  • Educate and empower women and families with confidence and compassion.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Registered Midwife with demonstrated clinical knowledge in antenatal, birthing, and postnatal care.
  • 2025 Flu Vaccination (or eligible exemption).
  • Evidence of full immunisation as part of onboarding.
Benefits and Incentives
  • Sign-on incentives up to $12,000 (0.74 FTE or higher) and $8,000 for 0.53–0.63 FTE options.
  • Relocation reimbursements: $6,000 for interstate candidates, $8,000 for international applicants (excluding sponsorship cases).
