Procurement Leadership Opportunity in Early Education

About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Procurement Leader to join our team and drive strategic sourcing and risk management initiatives that support our growth and success.
SalaryA highly competitive salary package, including a base salary of approximately AU$150,000 per annum, plus superannuation and benefits.
Job Description- Develop and execute strategic sourcing and supplier performance strategies to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with G8's procurement policies, systems, and processes, identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
- Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, including compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to the financial planning process to deliver robust forecasts and budgets.
- Monitor and mitigate procurement-related risks, actively working to reduce environmental and social impacts.
- 10+ years' experience in a Procurement role, with at least 5 years leading procurement teams.
- Proven experience in strategic sourcing or supplier management.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
