Product Inventory Coordinator

Be part of our inventory management team and you'll work at our head office in Waterloo, Sydney. You'll report into the Purchasing Planning Manager and collaborate closely with the Product Manager.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Collaborating on inventory purchasing, conducting analysis on requirements, and liaising with suppliers to procure stock.
  • Managing inventory logistics, including end-to-end ownership of the process of organizing, tracking, and communicating on inbound freight.
  • Supporting inventory planning and analysis, helping to build sales and purchase forecasts, and conducting ongoing analysis to make the best decisions on stock investment.
  • Coordinating custom stock feasibility, working with colleagues and suppliers to assess feasibility of custom proposals and associated pricing.

**Key Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in Administrative and/or Merchandise planning and/or Inventory planning an advantage but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly numerate, high attention to detail, analytical with the ability to think logically.
  • MS Office experience with a good working knowledge of Excel as a minimum.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
