We are seeking a skilled leader to oversee our team of specialists working together to provide support and services to vulnerable families and children.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the family violence sector to lead our integrated team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring accurate client records are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead an integrated team of professionals to achieve program goals and client outcomes.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations and ensure effective teamwork.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and practice frameworks.
Requirements
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or related behavioural sciences at degree level with substantial experience, or associate diploma level with substantial experience in the relevant service stream.
  • Extensive experience working within the family violence sector.
  • Strong understanding of relevant legislation and practice frameworks relating to family violence practice.
