• To prepare, cook, and serve food that meets dietary requirements, with a strong focus on maintaining high standards of food safety.
• To support senior hospitality staff in designing and implementing menus.

As a Chef, you will take pride in your presentation, have knowledge about nutrition, and show interest in the impact of dietary requirements on our aged residents.

You should have proven experience in safe food preparation, storage, and delivery, a clear understanding of workplace health and safety, and confidence in medium-high volume meal preparation. The following are also essential:

• Relevant trade qualifications or equivalent skills from previous experience.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Understanding of Australian food and beverage standards.
• Ability to pass probity checks as required by legislation or policies.
