About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate WW Coach to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a WW Coach, you will be responsible for creating an inclusive and supportive community through facilitating workshops and coaching members to build healthy habits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Workshop Experience: Facilitate engaging and informative workshops, providing a supportive environment for members to share their experiences and set goals.
  2. Drive Member Recruitment and Retention: Deliver exceptional customer service, drive member referrals, and develop personal connections with members to ensure a consistent and positive experience.
  3. Community Involvement: Represent Weight Watchers in local events, attract new members, and promote the brand in the community.
  4. Conduct Orientation: Welcome new members, provide an overview of the WW program, and support them in setting achievable goals.
Requirements
  • Strong coaching and communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Business acumen and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable with technology, including G Suites
  • Valid driver's license and access to a car
