Job Description

As a Client Portfolio Strategist, you will be responsible for leading the Client Partner team in their region to meet personal and regional targets. You will develop Client Management talent within the region, guiding skill mastery and career progression with clear success plans for each direct report. You will execute industry vision and strategy in partnership with regional management, ensuring alignment with Endava's core values and a focus on diversity. Additionally, you will ensure high-quality delivery of solutions to clients and build great client experiences within the industry and beyond.

  • Lead the Client Partner team in their region to meet personal and regional targets.
