Job Overview

You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive literature reviews, employing your expertise in project management to strategize and implement clinical initiatives. Building and managing strategic networks will be essential, enhancing information sharing with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

Your role involves offering vital support to the Patient Safety and Quality Improvement Service, aiding staff in quality improvement projects. Demonstrating exceptional people skills, including consultation, presentation, negotiation, and influence, you will communicate authoritative advice effectively, particularly in written formats like correspondence, briefings, and reports.

The successful person will excel in this position by possessing excellent interpersonal abilities, showcasing their capacity to lead clinical groups, facilitate discussions, and communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Their negotiation and influencing skills are proven, and they exhibit a high level of expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, and/or health economics.

Additionally, the successful candidate will demonstrate advanced skills in conceptualizing, communicating, and evaluating innovative approaches to tackle intricate organizational challenges within a clinical setting. This involves expertise in data information systems and measurement programs, utilizing project management methodologies. Your role also requires providing authoritative written advice to senior management on complex statistical matters and preparing intricate submissions, briefings, and high-quality reports.
