Program Director

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Director to lead and deliver a critical transformation program that spans workforce time capture, payroll system replacement, and broader people systems remediation. This role will play a key part in modernizing and enhancing our People & Technology infrastructure, supporting our long-term goals of efficiency, integration, and workforce optimization.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and oversee system transformation projects, including workforce time capture, payroll system replacement, and people systems remediation.
- Manage senior stakeholders, drive governance, and deliver value across a range of initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with assigned project managers across the program, ensuring consistency in delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Provide mentorship, strategic direction, and thought leadership across the broader team to ensure successful outcomes.
- Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager managing large-scale transformation programs across system transformation and technology.
- Expertise in time and attendance systems, payroll system replacements, and people systems (HR, job profiling, etc.).
- Strong governance experience with the ability to prepare and lead SteerCo meetings, executive forums, and stakeholder briefings.
- Hands-on experience managing confidential and critical technology BAU initiatives and scaling them into larger programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and the ability to influence senior leadership across multiple business functions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to manage complexity and drive results.
