We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Career Medical Officer to join our dynamic Obstetrics and Gynaecology team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality and safe healthcare to our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Manage intrapartum obstetric cases and provide teaching in a Level 6 hospital setting.
- Contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking service, working collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Bring a broad range of relevant experience, including at least Level 5 competence.
Our city offers a unique blend of urban convenience and natural beauty, with a well-planned layout featuring expansive parks, vibrant cultural venues, and a welcoming community spirit.
The FacilityWe are a level 6 tertiary referral centre with around 3700 births, and a busy neonatal ICU and a regional role extending throughout southern NSW.
Requirements- Relevant registration or be eligible for registration as a medical practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Career Medical Officer or equivalent.
- Proven performance in both undergraduate and postgraduate general practice education is mandatory.
- Available for occasional weekend and after-hours work.
