About the RoleWe are passionate about delivering high-quality, flexible in-home nursing care options to individuals in the Aged Care and Disability sector. As a Nurse, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Provide premium care experiences that are genuine, compassionate, and personalised.
- Deliver care following the client's care plan, developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse).
- Meet safety needs of clients and use equipment safely and properly.
- Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Conduct Nursing Assessments.
- Community nursing experience is an advantage.
- Subacute and disability experience is beneficial.
- Able to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.
- Able to redirect or deescalate behaviours.
- Diabetes management skills are essential.
- Dementia experience would be advantageous.
- Leadership experience is an advantage.
- Your contributions will make a real difference in people's lives.
