**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled and motivated Pizza Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff schedules and performance, and ensure exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency in every order.

**Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily shop activities to achieve efficiency and productivity goals.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Manage inventory levels and place orders as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections to prevent accidents and maintain compliance with regulations.
- Resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with management on financial tasks, including budgeting and reporting.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in food service environment; supervisory experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities to motivate and inspire staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Knowledge of pizza preparation techniques and food safety practices is preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
