Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Floorin. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating multiple projects, managing timelines, and ensuring the highest standard of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, review, and negotiate project variations, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned with changes in scope or schedule.
- Respond to inquiries and resolve any problems related to project progress, ensuring client and team satisfaction.
- Manage project paperwork, including contracts, schedules, timesheets, reports, and general company documentation, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with business owners, suppliers, and clients to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.
- Advise business owners on key issues requiring their attention and implement decisions promptly.
- Oversee contractor performance and report on variations to work orders, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Prepare and review reports detailing project status and overall progress.
- Collect and analyze project data, providing insights into the success of each project.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a project coordination role.
- Holds a qualification in project management or has prior work experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Enjoys administrative work.
- Possesses excellent problem-solving skills, able to resolve project challenges efficiently.
- Effective communicator, able to work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members.
- Capable of handling pressure while consistently delivering high-quality work.
- Valid driver's license and comfortable traveling to various job sites.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office.
