Project Supervisor Job

The Mine Site Cleaning Project Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintaining client relationships and managing service requests.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day activities
  • Nurture strong client relationships and address additional service needs
  • Support team development, foster a positive work environment and ensure compliance with site readiness requirements including inductions, WAFs and SOPs
  • Verify accurate payroll inputs, manage employee absences and grievances
  • Promote safety culture and ensure operational excellence
Key Requirements:
  • Previous supervisory experience in similar operational environments
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate teams
  • A passion for safety, training and operational efficiency
  • Effective time management and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work in dynamic environments
  • Ability to manage workforce systems and ensure compliance
