About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker to join our team in Residential Accommodation.
As a Disability Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of adults with disability, supporting them to live the lives they choose.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disability and have a positive approach, initiative, and self-motivation.
- A Certificate IV in Disability or relevant work experience would be great, but we can provide excellent training and support to help you grow in this role.
- Effective communication skills and good English literacy are essential for communicating well with our clients.
- The ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team is crucial for delivering high-quality support services.
- You will need to hold an Australian Driver Licence and have the right to work in Australia.
- An First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certificate is also required.
