  • Implement strategies to maximise cash flow and minimise exposure to bad debt
  • Review and release orders on credit hold in alignment with company policies
  • Reconcile major accounts monthly and provide detailed performance reports to the Group Finance Manager
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and customers to enhance collaboration and satisfaction
