About the Role

This full-time position involves managing admissions and administrative tasks across multiple locations, with a focus on customer service and communication skills. You will interact with families to provide support and guidance during the care placement process.

Responsibilities
  • Discuss financial obligations with consumers or their representatives
  • Compile and distribute residential agreements
  • Support Customer Relationship Officers in their daily tasks
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Client Services Manager
Requirements and Skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to build rapport and show empathy with customers and colleagues
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of relevant legislation and policy documents
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills desirable
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Current police check (vulnerable/aged care specific) less than 12 months old
  • COVID-19 vaccination required
