Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in managing, motivating, and leading the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation to adidas standards
  • Conduct staff training and coaching to drive performance

Experience in Retail Team Leadership, Visual Merchandising, or Sales will be highly regarded.
