Job Title: Graduate Administrative Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Graduate Administrative Analyst to join our Commercial Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in driving commercial success through data analysis and management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business administration, and Microsoft Office applications. You will be responsible for diving into valuation and asset data, ensuring accurate logging and insightful tracking. Additionally, you will support the creation of procurement documents that drive commercial success, manage and analyze measurement data to uncover trends and support strategic planning, and collaborate with operational team leaders and commercial leads to turn data into management tools to positively impact delivery efficiency.

In this full-time role based in Perth, you will work Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, with hybrid working available after three months. Key Responsibilities
  • Dive into valuation and asset data, ensuring accurate logging and insightful tracking
  • Support the creation of procurement documents that drive commercial success

Requirements
  • HNC or similar in Business Administration (or similar)
  • Experience with Data analysis
  • Experience with BI Reporting & linking Data
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Applications in particular Excel
  • Experience with SharePoint and building work spaces
