Job Overview

Patient care is at the forefront of our organization's endeavors. As part of our Medical Affairs team, you will facilitate internal and external collaboration to create and disseminate evidence-based clinical practices that positively impact patient lives and advance quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and advance physician engagement strategies, education platforms, and initiatives to elevate structural heart interventions across regions.
  • Promote physician partnerships, drive innovative strategic programs that support clinical adoption, guideline evolution, and long-term growth of transcatheter and minimally invasive therapies for structural heart diseases.
  • Serve as a liaison between our organization and the physician community, ensuring feedback informs innovation, training, and strategy.
  • Champion clinical dialogue that fuels therapy innovation and best-in-class adoption.
  • Lead regional strategic medical programs to advance structural heart interventions.
  • Design and implement programs supporting early and expanded access, including centers of excellence, training platforms, proctoring, and multidisciplinary education initiatives.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders to tailor and localize existing or new strategic programs addressing regional nuances and cultural needs.
  • Drive educational programs for Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement, Transcatheter Mitral and Tricuspid Therapies, and surgical heart valve solutions.
  • Guide physician proctorship, case observation models, and scientific curriculum in alignment with local capabilities and global standards.
