The Job Description:

  • We are seeking permanent or part-time Disability Support Workers who have experience in supporting participants with high complex needs.
  • You will work in Supported Disability Accommodation to support those with medical needs and manual handling requirements to live in an environment that maximizes personal growth and independence.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to enable our participants to shape and improve their lives, by providing consistent high-quality care and support.
  • You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each participant.
