Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Power BI expert to lead the integration, transformation, and visualisation of people and safety data from multiple systems.

This role plays a pivotal part in enabling data-driven decision-making across our organisation.

The successful candidate will have advanced proficiency in Power BI, including Power Query, DAX, and data modelling, as well as a strong understanding of star schema design principles for analytics.

  • Collaboration with stakeholders to understand business needs
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present insights effectively, as well as analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.

They will also have experience with collaborating with system owners to design and bring together people and safety data from various systems, automating ETL processes within Power BI, and implementing robust data access controls to ensure secure reporting for multiple user groups.
