We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team in Victoria.

This role involves delivering high-quality service and warranty support across the state, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and employee development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Confirm scheduled times and access with customers
  • Perform daily runs driving to customer sites to meet agreed timelines
  • Carry out service, measure, rework, refit, removal, reinstall products and parts
  • Troubleshoot technical issues for resolution
  • Maintain professional presentation of self, tools, and vehicle
  • Collect COD balances where required
  • Work as part of a small crew
Requirements:
  • Previous window and door servicing experience (an advantage)
  • Professional service, presentation, and communication with customers
  • High standard of workmanship
  • Proficient use of hand tools, levels, and tape measure
  • Problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to investigate faults, rectification and fix in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow safe and compliance work practices
  • Carpentry, glazier, joinery, or similar industry experience highly regarded
