About the Job
  • Assist with site set-out and ground levelling to ensure precise landscaping.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments to prepare for upcoming projects.
  • Expertly handle planting, transplanting, and replacing plants to maintain or enhance outdoor spaces.
  • Install various landscape materials such as pathways, garden beds, planters, fencing, and paving to create beautiful environments.
  • Perform general garden maintenance tasks including pruning, mulching, weeding, and fertilizing to keep landscapes in top condition.
  • Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all site areas to uphold standards.
  • Thriving in an outdoor-based role, adapting to work under various weather conditions.
  • Prioritizing workplace health and safety to create a secure environment for yourself and team members.
About You
  • Proven experience in similar roles (1-3 years)
  • Qualified in Landscape Construction, Horticulture, or related fields
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
  • Solid knowledge of horticulture, soft and hard landscaping
  • Current NSW drivers license (own transportation preferred)
  • White Card
