We are seeking an experienced Test & Evaluation Manager to join our team. The role involves developing and maintaining systems and processes that control the conduct of test & evaluation activities.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and mentoring skills, with experience in developing and implementing Client Test and Evaluation Strategies (TES). They will also have a proven track record of ensuring T&E environments are ready for testing and providing independent reviews of Test & Evaluation practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Client Test and Evaluation Management processes and associated procedures
  • Liaise with Client Engineering, ICT Security, Configuration, and Change Management as required
  • Provide leadership, mentoring, and independent reviews of Test & Evaluation practices within the Client
  • Plan and coordinate the full scope of the Client's Test & Evaluation activities
