Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for experienced Allied Health professionals to join our Home Care team, where you will have the opportunity to work closely with clients and their families to provide individualised care and support.

You will be responsible for assessing clients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A relevant qualification in one of the following disciplines: Dietitian, Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist, Social Worker, or Speech Pathologist.
  • Demonstrated experience in a relevant field, preferably in aged care.
  • Eligibility or membership with the appropriate professional association.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Good computer skills.
